At Moab, we didn’t have a game plan. I knew I wanted to see the Arches State Park, and that was about it. Joe decided we’d rent a Jeep! The kids couldn’t drive an ATV so that wouldn’t be too much fun and to pay for two vehicles it just made sense to rent a Jeep. Plus the Jeep had air conditioning. Not sure what good that did – the Jeep didn’t have a top! The Jeep definitely gave us mobility – so we parked the RV and got around town pretty well. The rental company charged us for 2 days but let us pick it up a day early and drop it off a day late – on our way out of town. Perfect! The Canyonlands Jeep Adventure employee (wish I had her name) was fantastic. She recommended onion creek after eyeing my 10 year old son, looking for adventure. She was right - she led us to the water and creeks and we had a blast.
Renting a Jeep from Canyonlands Adventure is the way to go, especially if you have kids! It was a blast and we look forward to doing it again. Also have to give Kudos to the rental company - Sirius Satelite Radio provided the awesome tunes and the cooler loaded everyday with ice and water. All we needed was gas and a trail and we enjoyed the sites of UT off road!
Five Stars to Canyonlands Jeep Adventures!
Yep - You get the Jeep to Have Fun! They Encourage it!
